Diamond League Meeting in Doha, the first big sports event this season. The ladies from Split feel almost at home in Doha, the capital of Qatar, because Blanka was gold medallist the past the seasons there and it was Doha again, where just two months ago she became world indoor champion in high jump. Nicoleta Grasu, Yarelis Barrios, Dani Samuels, Stephanie Brown-Trafton, Yarisley Collado, Vera Pospišilova-Cechlova and Aretha Thurmond. Among all these disc throwers, our athlete and young hope has the beast result of the season with a
66,85 meters throw she achieved at the meeting in Split at the beginning of March. If she continues throwing these results she will probably qualify for the
IAAF/VTB Bank Continental Cup on September 04th and 05th in Split.
